Children in Need
On Friday 15th of November, the children dressed up in spotty clothes to help raise money for Children in Need. Everyone looked amazing!
We also took part in running a mile (13 laps). Everyone tried their best to run as far as they could, they were very Aspirational Ants and Collaborative Cats cheering each other on.
What a great day!
Learning Lift Off
To kick-start, our learning about Bonfire Night we decided to join in the tradition of building a ‘Guy’.
We built the ‘Guy’ using old clothes; we stuffed it with scrap paper. We were Collaborative Cats working together to build him.
On the 5th of November, we took our ‘Guy’ up to the field to have our own bonfire. Mr Hill and Mr Knight placed our ‘Guy’ effigy on the bonfire, it was amazing!
We watched the bonfire with our yummy hot chocolate, it was a great learning lift off!
